This Privacy Policy explains how AuricNumber ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you use reports.auricnumber.com. We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your name and date of birth, to calculate your report.
• Your email address, to send your report and order emails.
• Your mobile number, to contact you if there is a problem with your order or to arrange a consultation.
• Your chosen report language and the products you order.
• Basic technical data such as your browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the website secure and working.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay.

How we use your data

• To prepare and deliver your report or consultation.
• To send you emails about your order, and, only if you ask for it, a reminder when your report period is about to end.
• To answer your questions and give support.
• To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising by other companies.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers we need to run the service: Razorpay (payments), our email delivery provider (to send your report) and our hosting provider (to run the website). Each of them may use your data only to provide their service to us. We may also share data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your order details and report for as long as needed to provide the service, to let you download your report again, and to meet legal and accounting requirements (usually up to 8 years for payment records). You can ask us to delete your data earlier, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to optional emails at any time using the link in the email. Write to swapnilwagh4897@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Cookies

The website uses only the cookies it needs to work, for example to remember your language and to keep the order process secure. We do not use advertising cookies.

Security

Our services are meant for adults. If you order a report for a child, you, as the parent or guardian, provide their details and consent on their behalf.
